Frugality Will Replace the 401k

Because the 401k can be confiscated by the government, whereas living frugally cannot.

Just make sure you don't have kids or get married. The two biggest liabilities in the US.

I was "living frugally" when I didn't buy health insurance because I was in my twenties. Like fun the government can't confiscate that.

Most people would be amazed at the frugal lifestyle rich business owners maintain. Anyone in the wealth management business, will tell you how frugal business owners live. They stay out of debt, and spend very little. They build up their business and their wealth. They do not drive fancy expensive cars, and they live in middle class neighborhoods, not in a McMansion.
There is a lot to be said about maintaining a balanced spending approach. People with big car loans, mortgages, furniture loans, home equity loans, student loans, credit card debts, are living beyond their means. They will be broke their entire life, and of course probably blame the banking industry.
This was a great posting, regarding the benefits of a frugal lifestyle.
