Why My Buddy Minh Votes Republican

He remembers the democrat's close cousins in 1970's in Vietnam.

That being said, I will not be voting Republican as I refuse to support duolpolies.

So you want proportional representation and a multi-party system, like Switzerland?

In my opinion, a duopoly like in America is most effective in politics. The only thing multipartyism multiplies is stupidity, at least that's what I've experienced in Germany and Switzerland.

Don't forget that not-voting Republican practically means supporting the Democrats.

You know, when one is an author, or even a budding author, there's this thing called "acknowledging the source", often in the bibliography, but not always.

On blogs, this is usually accomplished with a "H/T" (hat tip) to the source; if you do it for charts, why not for images?

*AHEM!*

The problem I have with this election, at least with the Presidential election is that we effectively have a choice between a Marxist Democrat and a Democrat-Lite.

Ever since Reagan retired, the choice for those who want a smaller federal government and more freeedom has been between the lesser of two evils. Compassionate Conservatism my ass.

I'm already started designing my "Don't blame me, I voted for McCain" bumper stickers.

I'm afraid my friends, the best we can hope for is gridlock - which really sucks since we have serious problems to address, but gridlock won't be as bad as Obama winning the Presidency and Democrats winning the Senate and the House.

Reagan didn't shrink the government at all. I really don't get why fiscal conservatives worship him so much.
