It's interesting that he's heralded for the tough decisions he's made, including a 1.2% tax on the liquid assets of Columbia's richest citizens. Yet Bush, on the other hand, cuts taxes in a time of war.

Bush's tax cuts increased revenue and growth.

His tax cuts might be questionable if they actually reduced federal revenue, but they did not.

Wars do not justify stupid fiscal policy, or stupid analysis of sound fiscal policy.
